Being in the restaurant and bar business most of my life has given me the opportunity to grow as both a chef and owner. Over the years I have had the pleasure to be partners in 2 wonderful restaurants and cooked and consulted for many more. That said the most exciting and sometimes very challenging adventures have been as a seasonal/traveling chef. To know a culture is to immerse yourself in its food and I’ve had the good fortune to cook with chefs from a wide variety of backgrounds, work in many incredible locations and be influenced by those experiences including the wilds of Cody, Wyoming, New Orleans, Louisiana, San Antonio, Texas, La Veta, Colorado, Atlanta, Georgia, and deep into the Caribbean on Saba. All this to say Food and flavor have a language all there own and I want to share mine with you.
